We're a small building, not a data company. Here's everything we collect and why.
Who we are
79 Montclair is operated by Earthspace Real Estate Inc. Whenever you deal with us — a lease, a fence-sign contract, the tenant portal — that's the company on the other side.
If you fill in the contact form
We keep your name, email, and message so we can reply. That's the only thing it's used for — no mailing lists, no sharing with anyone.
If you're a tenant or sign holder
Your account holds your contact details, your lease or sign-contract terms, and documents you or we upload (like your signed agreement or insurance certificate). You can see only your own records when you sign in; documents are stored privately and shared via expiring links. Sign-in is by email link — we never store a password.
Cookies & tracking
No advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is the session that keeps you signed in to the portal.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (database & encrypted file storage) and the site is served by Cloudflare. Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend from our own domain.
